Stieg Larsson and ‘anti-fascist’ assholery

We’re got our share of these ‘wipes in Canada, but this guy is just the most famous example: pretending to love being an impoverished activist, campaigning against imaginary threats like “white supremacy” — while hoping to get rich quick.
And of course, there’s the projection. I love that Stieg Larsson claimed he’d witnessed a rape, declined to intervene — then said he wrote his novels because “he was horrified by the way modern society ignored violence against women.”
Thank God he’s dead.
