(The latter is a particularly fine example of gem-like short-form writing at its exquisitely observed best, although Vice‘s “Do’s & Don’t's” are the reigning “best-of-breed” champions. Sometimes they’re so perfect I get Stendhal Syndrome — tears well up in my eyes…)
