I’ve never figured this out, either…
His Tosh.0 replaced The Daily Show and The Colbert Report as the highest rated non-cartoon program on Comedy Central in 2010 and hasn’t looked back since.
The reason is simple: Tosh invites his viewers, watching safely on their own televisions, to enjoy jokes so verboten that they cannot be repeated in public without bringing on the flashmobs and the diversity commissars.

Note how you’ve NEVER heard liberal media boast that “young people today get their information from Tosh 2.0” instead of “from the Daily Show,” which has been their favorite media cliche for the last five years.
Clearly MORE young people prefer “racist” Tosh and have since 2010.
