We live in an era where the powers-that-be do not trust employers, employees or any ordinary person – that is, you and me – to treat each other fairly. Neither do they trust organisations to provide services fairly. ‘Workers need regular training on dignity at work’ is code for saying that workers need to be re-programmed in how to think, talk and behave.
