Once again: Yesterday’s ‘racist’ opinion is today’s mainstream news

I’ve said it before.

I expect I’ll being saying it again…

‘Evil, bigoted, racist, backward’ website VDare.com has been reporting on the Mexican penchant for drunk driving for years. Note the date on this post.

Now the topic is finally mainstream.

Instapundit and Mickey Kaus (finally) writing about this topic will help take the curse off it for conservatives; even NPR has dared to broach it, albeit with predictable huffing and puffing.

And this is why I write what I write and say what I say.

Because eventually, almost everybody catches up with me.

It’s a (literally) thankless job, but, hey, I get a kick out of it.
