So: How many African-Americans does Frum employ at NewMajority?
UPDATE: thoughtful repsonse to the Rush Limbaughcontroversy from black conservative Repulican Larry McAllister:
While Steele represents an effort to re-engage lost Republicans and attract new ones, Limbaugh represents the current base – a group often characterized (wrongly) as wealthy, elitist and racist. Can you imagine the Republican Party’s growth potential if these diverging perspectives can find a way to coexist and walk together?
(Like I’ve said many times: for an accused “white supremacist,” I sure do approvingly quote more African American writers on a far more regular basis than my “liberal” critics, with their corny once-a-year MLK stuff. But remember — facts don’t matter to jealous, delusional smear artists.)
