Professor denounces Canadian Human Rights Commissions in today’s government hearings.
Mentions The Guy Who Is Suing Us by name — AND the specific stuff he’s suing us about!
Is he safe from being sued as well, given that this is a government hearing?
Can I be sued (again) for posting a link to his testimony?
Anyway, the professor makes (slightly) similar points to the ones I made in my recent speech — that 1960s Civil Rights laws passed/civil disobedience actions re: the Woolworth’s lunch counters/public accomodation demands in the United States are what greased the slippery slope to get us where we are today.
