Translation: It would be “unfortunate” if people who aren’t like us moved into the neighborhood. She gets to say that. You don’t.
You can have a clean city like Seattle, Austin, Boulder, Portland or Minneapolis (all DWL havens) or you can have Detroit, Milwaukee, Tulsa or Shreveport. It’s that simple.
