After reading Wheat Belly a week ago, I got completely turned off bread, cookies, cakes, cereal and pasta.
I didn’t even have to try.
The only change in my diet since then has been cutting those things out.
I’m still eating (brown) rice and other carbs. (I cut way back on potatoes a year ago…)
I even had a few bowls of ice cream.
I’ve been on the treadmill every day for a while, but felt “stuck.”
